Terms of Service

1. General Terms

• Cre8er Studio provides a creative space for podcasters, photographers, videographers, and other creatives.
• By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are using our space at your own risk and agree to comply with the rules set forth in this agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, www.cre8er.studio, or via the booking system provided.
• A non-refundable deposit or full payment will be required to confirm the booking, depending on the type of service.
• All payments must be completed in full before or on the day of your booking.

3. Studio Usage

• The studio is for professional use only. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or groups using the space for illegal or unethical activities.
• You must comply with all health and safety guidelines set by Cre8er Studio during your booking. This includes not exceeding the maximum number of people allowed in the studio.

4. Liability

• Cre8er Studio is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items brought into the studio.
• Cre8er Studio is not liable for any injuries that occur during your session in the studio. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure their own safety and the safety of their team.

5. Studio Equipment

• Clients are responsible for the equipment provided by Cre8er Studio. Any loss or damage to studio equipment will be charged to the client.
• Cre8er Studio will provide instructions on how to use the equipment, but it is the client's responsibility to ensure proper handling during their session.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We understand that things can change, but cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your booking, you may forfeit your deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cre8er Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or an option to reschedule.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cre8er Studio, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use of the studio.

8. Modifications

Cre8er Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
